Our main work is for local organisations in both the public and private sectors where we undertake a wide range of projects both large and small. We believe we are one of the few mid-scale firms with such a long history and possibly the only one with our specialities and skills in the human resources functions.

We hope that this web site and its inserts will give you some idea of our capabilities. In it we have tried to set out very simply some of the experience that we have and the capabilities we can bring to your organisation. And we shall update our site regularly with news and views.

We believe in the art of the possible; the ‘perfect’ solution only works in ‘perfect’ circumstances. Our objective is to ensure our advice works in practice and does not become just a report gathering dust because it was too difficult to implement.
